If it's a condo balcony, knowing your building name helps — we have balcony dimensions for 85+ Vancouver-area buildings already on file. But if you're just exploring options, that's fine too. Free street parking on East 17th — there's usually a spot within a block. The lot behind the building has 4 visitor spots marked "Sun Life." If those are full, Elena can direct you to additional options when you arrive.
The #3 Main Street bus stops two blocks west on Main and 17th. From there it's a flat four-minute walk east.
The showroom is 4,600 square feet — large enough to display full-scale dining sets, deep-seating arrangements, pergola sections, and shade sail samples, but small enough that someone will greet you within 30 seconds. You can sit in everything. Pull out chairs. Test reclining mechanisms. Feel the difference between Grade A teak and the laminate you've been sitting on.
Out back, our open-air exposure yard shows you how materials actually look after years of real Vancouver weather — not photos, not spec sheets, but pieces that have been sitting through rain, UV, and frost since as far back as 2018.
